Set up paper types, GSM grades and suppliers once, then build each box product as a specification: paper layers (outer liner, medium, inner liner and so on), ply, flute, box type, and the exact sequence of production stages it needs to pass through. Machines are recorded with their hourly running cost, which feeds directly into the costing calculation.
Purchase & Raw Material Management
Raise purchase orders against paper suppliers and track them from draft through to fully received. Goods receipt is recorded at individual reel level — batch/lot, weight and supplier invoice reference — with an incoming quality check step for verifying GSM, width and weight before a reel is accepted into stock. Rejected pieces are logged automatically as scrap, and finished goods move into stock as soon as the final stage is complete.
Dispatch, Invoicing & Payments
Dispatch finished goods against a sales order, in full or across multiple partial shipments, with vehicle, transporter and LR details recorded. Generate a GST invoice directly from a dispatch, with CGST/SGST calculated automatically, and record customer payments, including advances, against it, with outstanding balances tracked until they’re cleared.
